BlueSleuth-Pro™ Bluetooth and BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) device locator is a dedicated handheld receiver that scans, identifies and locates and nearby BT and BLE devices including hidden card skimmers, BLE beacons and hidden personal trackers such as Apple’s AirTags that threaten safety and privacy. BlueSleuth-Pro includes a direction finding antenna for real time RSSI (dBm) of bluetooth and BLE devices allowing users to pinpoint their location without having to visually inspect for tiny rogue devices hidden inside or outside of vehicles, handbags, pockets, etc. BlueSleuth-Pro rapidly scans all 2.4 GHz BT and BLE signals using advanced algorithmic scan intervals, allowing users to white list friendly known devices and then locate unknown devices using the built-in direction finding antenna. Audio, vibration and even voice alerts allow users to scan for all suspicious devices without having to continually interact with the unit.

How far away can I detect bluetooth devices?
Using the direction finding antenna, typical range is about 150 feet. (~45 metres)
Does BlueSleuth-Pro detect both bluetooth and BLE (low energy) devices?
Yes. These devices are also sortable in BlueSleuth-Pro’s menu screens.
How do I know if I have located an illegal bluetooth skimmer?
BlueSleuth-Pro has an internal list (updated through firmware updates) that alerts users if a suspicious bluetooth device is being detected.
How do I locate a hidden BLE tracking device?
BlueSleuth-Pro can detect all nearby BLE tracking devices immediately. Each device has its own timing for advertising its presence. Depending upon the activity and number of devices in the environment, it can take anywhere from 1 minute to 20 minutes to verify and locate a hidden BLE tracker.
What does BlueSleuth-Pro detect?
In addition to detecting all nearby BLE tracking devices and tags, BlueSleuth-Pro can detect all nearby BLE beacons (typically placed in retail and other public spaces), BT skimmers (typically hidden inside ATMs and gas pumps) and BLE devices including wireless earbuds, phones, smart watches, etc.
